Mibu User Agreement

1. Definitions

• "Application" ("Mibu") refers to the Mibu mobile application.

• "User" refers to the individual who downloads and/or uses the application, thereby accepting this agreement.

• "Content" refers to any story, poem, fairy tale, text, image, and sound files created by the application or the user.

2. License

• The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to use Mibu for non-commercial, personal use.

3. Content Usage

• Content created by the application is for personal use only. Users may not use, sell, distribute, or share this content with third parties outside of the application for commercial purposes.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or publish application content without permission on any other platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in content created by and for users within the application belong to Mibu. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these contents without the written permission of Mibu.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The user acknowledges that the content provided by the application is offered without any warranty or commitment.

• "Mibu" makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.

• It is recommended that content created by the application be reviewed under the supervision of a parent or adult. If inappropriate content is identified, users can provide feedback through the application.

6. Final Provisions

• "Mibu" reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, with prior notification. Changes will be announced through in-app notifications or emails sent to the user’s registered email address.

• By using the application, users are considered to have accepted these terms.
